The 24-Hour Extended Test Drive is available at Southern Motor Group Volkswagen (the “Dealer”) across the range of available demonstrator vehicles.
The test drive is an individual booking of a demonstrator vehicle for up to 24 hours (i.e. one full day), at the discretion of the Dealer, from 08 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (the “Offer”). All drivers (“Eligible Participants”) must be over 21 years of age and hold a current, full New Zealand driver’s licence. Learner and restricted licences are not accepted.
By participating in this Offer, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional requirements imposed by the Dealer, including the separate Test Drive Terms and Conditions, which must be signed prior to participation.
The Offer is subject to availability.
Eligible Participants must register their interest with the Dealer. Registration does not guarantee access to the Offer. The Dealer will confirm availability (if any) within 7 working days of registration.
A maximum mileage of 250 kilometres applies per test drive, unless otherwise specified by the Dealer. The Dealer reserves the right to charge for any additional kilometres travelled.
A security deposit may be required at the discretion of the Dealer.
The Offer is subject to the Dealer’s insurance and operational policies, which may include restrictions on vehicle use (such as off-road driving). Eligible Participants are responsible for any applicable insurance excess in the event of damage or an accident, as outlined in the Test Drive Terms and Conditions.
The Dealer reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice and without liability.
By participating, Eligible Participants consent to providing personal information to the Dealer and Volkswagen New Zealand (“Volkswagen”). This information will be used for the purposes of administering the Offer, follow-up communication, and marketing of relevant offers. Acceptance of the Offer is conditional on providing this information.
Eligible Participants may request access to, correction of, or opt out of marketing communications by contacting Volkswagen. The full Privacy Policy is available upon request.
The vehicle must not be used in any film, video production, or other recording without prior written approval from the Dealer.
